🕒 Return Window

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

📦 Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must include the receipt or proof of purchase with the returned parcel.

  • Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We primarily offer exchanges for sizing issues, color changes, or if you receive a defective product.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm your exchange request.

If the desired product or size is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Note: Refunds are processed only when an exchange is not possible or the requested product is unavailable.

💰 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

  • Refunds are only processed after receiving the returned product in perfect condition.

For Indian Customers:

  2. We’ll share the return instructions and shipping details.

  3. Send your product to:

  4. Once received and verified, your exchange or refund (if applicable) will be processed.

⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

  2. Share photos or videos of the issue along with your order number.
    We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Personal care goods (like socks,underwear,opened grooming or skincare items and many others.)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
